Solution & Security Architect

We are seeking a Solution & Security Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of secure, scalable technology solutions across a complex enterprise environment. This role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into resilient architectures while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise strategy. This is a high-impact position focused on architecture leadership, security integration, and technology governance across both infrastructure and applications. Design enterprise-level architecture solutions aligned with business and operational needs Network topology and segmentation Cloud and virtual environments Data flows and integrations Security zones, firewall rules, and connectivity Define and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, and design patterns Review and govern solution delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise standards Contribute to long-term technology roadmaps and strategy Embed Zero Trust principles and security best practices into all designs Conduct architecture reviews to identify risks and control gaps Partner with security teams on mitigation and remediation strategies Support vulnerability management (e.g., Qualys, Orca, Snyk) Ensure compliance with frameworks such as:

Oversee security configurations, encryption, and infrastructure compliance Maintain accuracy of systems in the CMDB Define architecture requirements for: Disaster recovery Business continuity System resilience Provide oversight for third-party vendors and production deployments Partner with IT, security, business teams, and external vendors Translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights Act as a trusted advisor on architecture, security, and technology risk Support cross-functional alignment across enterprise initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field 5–8+ years of progressive experience across: Infrastructure Security Strong knowledge of: Hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, distributed systems) Network design, integrations, and data flows Cybersecurity & Risk Knowledge of: Zero Trust architecture Vulnerability management Risk assessment and remediation Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, PCI DSS) Ability to influence cross-functional teams Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience acting as a trusted advisor Experience in regulated industries (gaming, hospitality, finance, etc.) Exposure to distributed or complex operational environments Certifications such as:

CISSP / CISM
