Job Description In order to be successful at Guarantee Mortgage, you have to be motivated, self-disciplined, and team oriented. Below is a summary of the job description: Interview, take applications, and process preliminary documentation on loan requests; discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates, and loan documentation to elicit positive responses from borrowers. Perform follow‑up work as necessary to achieve conditional approval within established time frames. Communicate with borrowers regarding loan status. Answer questions and requests, and resolve problems. Attend and participate in meetings and committees as required. Complete necessary education requirements offered by the company. Qualifications We are looking for driven, tenacious, problem‑solving sales professionals. A valid NMLS license is required, and 3+ years of prior experience would be ideal.
