Security & Infrastructure Lead — Hybrid in MN
SkyWater Search Partners
SkyWater is partnering with a local manufacturing client on an exciting opportunity to help shape their Security and Infrastructure for the future. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity in the South Metro with a hybrid work schedule (no relocation).
Reporting to the Director of IT, this is a great opportunity for an eager security professional to work with a small team who wants more responsibility and ownership; someone who wants to be the go-to person on the infrastructure and security operations for a lean IT team who wants to rise in the ranks and make a noticeable impact at a growing organization.
As the Security and Infrastructure Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving network performance, setting up key compliance initiatives, and helping to shape the security posturing of this organization for years to come.

Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience implementing NIST, CMMS, or other frameworks
- Background in Networking (i.e. Network Engineer, Analyst)
- Willing to be onsite in the south metro with a flexible schedule.
- Cannot require sponsorship
