What You’ll Do Build and engage pipelines of exceptional talent for current and future opportunities. Leverage LinkedIn, networking, referrals, social media, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates. Partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidate slates. Create an outstanding candidate experience through professional, authentic, and timely engagement. Serve as a passionate ambassador for the Jared brand and career opportunities.
