Residential Shift Lead - 2nd Shift

Job Details Job Location: Grove City, OH 43123 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.08 - $24.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 10% The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Residential Shift Lead to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Residential Shift Lead supervises the Residential campus milieu, generally on the second shift. They ensure a positive treatment environment and desired treatment outcomes, coach team members on proper youth care skills and procedures, maintain compliance and safety standards, and respond to crisis situations. Schedule: Full-time, non-exempt. 100% In Person Work Setting Shift Differentials 2nd Shift (3p - 11p): $1.50/hr 3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $1.00/hr Weekends (Fri, 3pm - Mon, 6:59am): $0.50/hr Shift Lead: $1.50 per hour What you’ll do Regularly provide training for youth leaders, role models and coaches, teaching proper youth care skills and procedures. Coach and counsel staff on meeting applicable standards. Conduct department team meetings and trainings. Regularly provide training for Mental Health Technicians, role models and coaches on proper YouthCare skills and procedures. Establish Shift Supervisor schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage and minimizing overtime where possible. You have three years of mental health experience. You have previous leadership experience. You have an active driver's license and proof of car insurance.
