Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) - Outpatient Adult Medicine | Citrus Park, FL

Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Citrus Park, Florida medical center. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient primary care in a collaborative, value-based care environment while building long-term relationships with an adult patient population (18+).

• Monday-Friday schedule

• No weekends

• No call responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult patients (18+)

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Perform preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs

• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies

• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams

• Educate patients on preventive health and healthy lifestyle choices

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain

• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain

• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills

• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

• Previous outpatient primary care experience preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
