Events Marketing Manager

Renewal by Andersen | Little Rock, Arkansas This role is a revenue-driving people leadership position, not simply marketing . This position is ultimately responsible for turning our non-traditional marketing opportunities into qualified appointments. You’ll lead, coach and develop the team, manage their performance, optimize field execution, and build an engaging culture that consistently produces results. Primary responsibilities: Lead & manage the appointment-setting team Set clear expectations and performance standards. Coach, train, develop and motivate setters. Build accountability while maintaining a strong team culture. Maintain a consistent field presence through frequent site visits Own appointment production and KPIs Be accountable for appointment volume, productivity and quality. Monitor individual and team performance. Identify trends and take corrective action quickly. Manage marketing costs Drive non-traditional marketing performance Maximize appointments generated through retail, events, partnerships, community activities and other alternative channels. Evaluate locations and events based on appointments and ROI, not just activity. Ensure marketing locations are equipped, branded and set up for successful execution. Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, event organizers, venues, and community partners Recruit, train and retain talent Help recruit, interview and hire high-potential appointment setters. Ensure new hires receive effective onboarding and ongoing training. Reduce turnover by creating a high-performing, engaging environment. Maintain appropriate staffing levels to support continued growth Ensure the right number of setters are deployed at the right locations and events. Manage coverage for evenings, weekends and high-volume opportunities. Balance employee availability with business needs. Performance management Address underperformance quickly and fairly. Develop improvement plans when necessary. Recognize and reward top performers. Partner cross-functionally Collaborate with other marketing leaders and territory sales leadership. Collaborate with the Business Development team to successfully execute identified event opportunities throughout the territory. Ensure appointments generated by marketing are quality opportunities that sales can convert. Communicate results, challenges and opportunities to senior leadership. Direct Reports: 10 Setters and 1 Events Manager Requirements 2 years previous management experience in field marketing, sales, face-to-face lead generation, or a related field. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing locations and priorities. Comfortable working with KPIs, performance reports and production data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with employees, business partners, vendors, and leadership Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced field environment. Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the Greater Arkansas territory. Strong leadership, communication, integrity, teamwork, adaptability, and accountability Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning company scheduling, reporting, and CRM systems.
