Alternate Food Service Manager

This is not Civilian Position Job description This is a contingent position for an Alternate Food Service Manager (AFSM) at Eglin Air Force Base, FL. This position will be funded upon award of contract. LESCO is seeking candidate for an Alternate Food Service Manager who will be directly responsible for the day-to-day operations and direct employees at their perspective dining facilities. The Alternate Food Service Manager shall have experience of successfully managing cafeteria style or multi-entrée operations, catering or Government cafeteria operations providing complete meal service (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The Alternate Food Service Manager shall have experience using Food Management Systems to order, issue, and inventory and plan food operations daily. The AFSM must have a current Food Protection Manager certificate (within 5 years). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person Lesco Logistics
