BEAUTY BRAND AMBASSADOR

Location: Ulta Naperville, IL

Pay: $28/hr

We’re hiring Beauty Brand Ambassadors to support upcoming in-store events at Sephora and Ulta. These events will be highly sales-focused, with an emphasis on engaging customers, driving product education, and achieving event sales goals.

Responsibilities:

\n

• Engage with customers and provide personalized product recommendations
\n
• Perform shade matching and makeup demonstrations
\n
• Educate customers on products and key brand offerings
\n
• Proactively drive sales and work toward event goals
\n
• Create a welcoming, polished, and engaging customer experience
\n
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Must be local to the event location
\n
• Color cosmetics experience required
\n
• Familiarity with the brand preferred
\n
• Confident with shade matching and makeup demonstrations
\n
• Strong sales and customer service skills
\n
• Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with customers
\n
• Must be comfortable wearing all-black attire
\n
• Clean, polished, and professional appearance
\n

• 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
\n
• 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
\n

Pay: $28/hr
