Job Description
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers along on-demand routes while providing exceptional customer service. This role involves adherence to schedules, effective communication, and supporting additional tasks such as bank, DMV, post office, and parts runs. The driver also assists with lawn mowing and snow removal to help maintain the facility. This is a Monday–Friday position.
Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely on on-demand routes
- Navigate designated routes and adhere to schedules
- Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication
- Maintain accurate records of trips and passenger activities
- Drop off and pick up of parts to other dealerships
- Conduct bank, DMV, and post office runs as required
- Assist with lawn mowing and snow removal duties; facility maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned
