  • Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients, providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

  • An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.

  • Strong organizational ability and proficiency in using electronic health record systems to manage client information.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Prior experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations is preferred.

  • Experience employing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

  • A record of effectively managing a therapeutic caseload and demonstrating successful client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our salary range for this licensed counselor position is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 per year, with the potential for adjustments based on caseload, experience, and availability.
