• Job Setting: Inpatient Call Only (Beeper) EMR: Epic Trauma Level 1 Facility
• Types of Cases:
  • Patients Seen: 10-20 per shift
  • Admissions: Consults
  • Call Response Time: 10 minutes
  • Call Back Rate: 10%
  • Rounding: Assigned and Unassigned Patients
  • Complete Eyelid Laceration Repair - Required
  • Ruptured Globe Repair (Perforating Injury of the Eye) - Required
  • Non-Surgical Ophthalmology - Required
  • Surgical/Invasive - Required
  • Non-Surgical/LASER Procedures - Required
  • Laser - Anterior Segment: Required
  • Laser - YAG: Required
  • Extracapsular Extraction - Preferred
  • Performance B-Scan - Preferred
• Credentialing: Estimated 90-120 Days Temporary privileges available Facility will reimburse licensing costs

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified Required Fellowship: Required (2)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Georgia (GA) only IMLC not accepted
