Maintenance Tech

Position: Maintenance Technician Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour Schedule: Week days (Monday through Friday), work can only be performed during the day (between the hours of 9am‑3pm). Typically takes 3 hours per shift. Overview Nascence Group is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors. Responsibilities Cleaning air vents and replacing filters Changing light bulbs and replacing ballasts Shampooing carpets Dust, polish, and wipe down furniture and high‑touch surfaces Spray buffing Strip and Waxing Safely operate and maintain cleaning tools and power equipment Secure all doors and facilities after cleaning is complete Adhere to safety standards, including proper chemical usage and handling of cleaning agents Qualifications Ability to lift, move, and store cleaning supplies and equipment Physical capability to walk, stand, kneel, and reach throughout the shift Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Must work well independently and as part of a team Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance services preferred Equal Employment Opportunity Nascence Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
