Florence Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Florence, Alabama location. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and clinical support to our team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide vital sign measurements, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply with certification)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

What We Offer:

• $13.81 - $18.38 HOURLY salary range

• 7a-7p Full time & PRN and 7p-7a Full time & PRN shift options

• Shift Differential $2.00 starting @ 3:00PM
