The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role in strengthening and expanding Solera's global tax framework, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment with our international growth. This role requires a hands-on, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of tax deliverables. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the foundation of a scalable, compliant, and forward-looking tax infrastructure for a rapidly growing global technology company. The successful candidate will support the Corporate Tax team in managing and optimizing U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, while contributing to strategic projects. The Senior Tax Analyst will work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Legal to ensure accurate tax reporting, efficient cash management, and sound governance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in the preparation of Federal and State tax returns and workpapers.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax provisions, reconciliations, and documentation to support audit readiness.
• Supporting the execution of global tax planning initiatives.
• Driving efficiency in tax processes, including automation initiatives and cost reduction in tax compliance.
• Support all transfer pricing-related activities.
• Collaborating closely with local advisors and cross-functional teams.
• Support all tax ad-hoc requests as needed.

Experience and Knowledge:

• 2 to 5 years of corporate income tax experience at a multi-national company or public accounting firm.
• Experience in tax compliance and tax provision.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
• CPA eligible; active CPA license preferred.
• Experience using OneSource tax provision software and Microsoft Office products; experience with Alteryx highly desirable.
