What You ll Do

• Provide high-level neonatal care in a prestigious 92-bed Level IV NICU
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and pediatric specialists
• Manage critically ill and premature neonates with evidence-based practice
• Participate in neonatal care planning and family-centered initiatives
• Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
• Engage in educational opportunities and ongoing professional development
• Document patient care accurately, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a supportive, mentorship-rich environment nurturing professional growth

What You Need

• Valid Georgia RN and NP licenses
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Experience working in critical care or NICU settings preferred, but new graduates are encouraged
