Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Ada, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit setting
• Evaluate and treat patients across inpatient and outpatient settings as assigned
• Float to Med/Surg and inpatient therapy units as needed
• Document patient care and progress accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in the state of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Proficiency or ability to work with Epic EMR
• Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient environments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation or inpatient hospital setting
• Familiarity with Med/Surg patient populations
• Experience floating across multiple units within a hospital environment
