Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing all pool rules fairly and consistently. Lifeguards ensure proper pool water chemicals, record keeping, and maintaining a clean and enjoyable aquatics facility. Lifeguards are also responsible for reporting any unsafe conditions or faulty equipment to their Supervisor. Being a Seasonal Lifeguard is the PERFECT Summer Job! While it is fun, the role of a Lifeguard must be taken very seriously, because at any time someone's life might depend on YOU!LIFEGUARD REQUIREMENTS*Lifeguards MUST be a minimum of 15 years old by the date of hire or the last day of the lifeguard course*Lifeguards MUST be able to work Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, and Labor Day weekend (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)*Lifeguards MUST be able to work ALL WEEKENDS throughout the Summer (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)*Lifeguards MUST professionally conduct themselves and must be attentive and focused*Lifeguards MUST have a current Nationally Approved Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid Certificates or obtain them before the beginning of the seasonNot certified just yet?
