Registered Nurse Regional Float

Posting Date - 06/10/2026 Make a meaningful impact in acute care nephrology in the hospital setting as a regional float RN. What You’ll Do: Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment What to Expect: Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between facilities as needed Schedule includes regular and on‑call shifts, including weekends and holidays Daily schedules may change based on patient needs Requirements: Hemodialysis experience is required. Active DC and MD RN license required. Training may take place in a facility or a training facility other than your assigned home facility. Float to various facilities during and after your training will be required for this position. This position requires floating within MD and as far south as DC. You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday. CNN/CDN certification (preferred) Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available) Full vaccination against COVID‑19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible. Registered Nurse Acute Float Experienced: $47.25–$61.75 per hour. Additional Compensation Compensation depends on candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
