Software Development Opportunities

You will be actively developing software applications, signal processing applications, and machine learning algorithms. We work in small, flexible teams creating end to end engineering functionality. Development roles include cloud software engineer enabling entire end to end software solutions. Software development creating applications across cloud servers, on premise servers, custom hardware, and mobile technology. Digital signal processing (DSP) applications performing signal detection, collection, and communications. Machine learning software development for anomaly detection and custom product/feature detection.

You should have 2 - 10 years of professional experience. Undergraduate and/or Masters degree in technical program (EE, CS, Computer Engineering (CE), ME (with software), Physics (with software)). We are willing to consider uncleared candidates that are exceptional and could obtain a clearance. Ideally a TS/SCI.

Unlike a lot of small companies in the community we are not hiring to subcontract people out to other larger company efforts. We have a number of initiatives and prime contracts that enable us to design, develop, and integrate our own products. We have been supporting work from home opportunities since the company's creation in 2015. We require people in the office 1-2 days a week (pre COVID) for integration and collaboration but enable work from home as it aligns with the goals and mission. We execute most of our work in the unclassified environment requiring minimal SCIF work. We place a strong emphasis on our culture and the work we are doing. If it isn't the primary thing we would want to be doing - we wouldn't do it. We create a strong, supportive culture and target individuals that fit well as members of our team for the long term.
