Building And Construction Assistant Project Manager

In this Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager in Syracuse, NY role you will:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
