Building And Construction Assistant Project Manager

In this Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager in Syracuse, NY role you will:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
  • Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
