This role requires onsite work, supports classified projects, and follows a Panama schedule with 12‑hour shifts and rotating nights. Monitor and maintain computer systems, applications, and user experience. Communicate effectively across multi‑functional teams, stakeholders, and end users. Basic Qualifications Education and experience requirements: Master’s Degree, 0 years or Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years or Associate’s Degree, 4 years or High School Diploma, 6 years of IT experience. US Citizenship. Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance; TS/SCI clearance required by the start date and throughout employment. Current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT LevelII or higher (e.g., Security+ CE). Support, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure. Provide Tier1 (Help Desk) and Tier2 (Escalation) support and issue resolution. Configure and manage Linux and Windows operating systems, including system installation, patching, and network configuration. Configure and manage virtualized environments, virtual networking, and storage solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with on‑premise environments. Administration of virtualization platforms such as vCenter, ESXi, and related services. Experience with multiple Linux distributions (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS) and Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, GPO, DNS, LDAP, Exchange, MECM, WSUS). Knowledge of routing protocols, layer2/3 switch configuration. Experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and virtual desktop environments (Horizon, Wyse, Teradici). Use of monitoring tools including ELK, SolarWinds, VMwareAria. Knowledge of networking (Cisco, VMwareNSX), storage solutions (NetApp, Synology), and backup applications (VEEAM). Desire to learn new technologies and enhance troubleshooting skills. Salary and Benefits Primary level salary range: $72,100 – $108,100 (annual). Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and in some cases long‑term incentives.
