Tax Senior Manager (Also need a Manager and a Supervisor)Dynamic and growing CPA firm in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join their team. This position offers a blend of office and remote work options, competitive benefits, and a clear path to advancement within the firm.RolesReview and approve tax returns and audits.Offer expertise in relevant areas.Manage tax preparation and delegation.Handle client relationships and service.Assist in staff training and development.Ensure smooth tax return process flow.Manage billing and collection processes.Prepare reports and projects as needed.Evaluate tax software and tools.Support firm development efforts.RequirementsDemonstrated knowledge of tax laws.Proficiency in tax software and tools.Willingness to work overtime as needed.7-10 years of public accounting experience.Experience representing clients before tax authorities.Supervisory experience in tax preparation.Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA license required.Continuing education in accounting.Active membership in AICPA.
