Job Summary Seeking a Senior professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday Functional Testing to lead and execute testing initiatives within the Workday Automation Testing domain Job Description Perform detailed functional testing of various Workday modules to ensure system functionality and accuracy Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts aligned with Workday business processes Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business analysts and developers to gather requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios Identify document and track defects working closely with development teams for timely resolution Utilize Workday Automation Testing tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage Analyze test results and generate detailed reports for stakeholders Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Workday Functional and Automation Testing Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and automation opportunitiesRoles and Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Workday functional test automation strategies Coordinate with business analysts and developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage Mentor and guide junior testers in Workday Functional and Automation Testing methodologies Manage test environments and ensure readiness for all testing activities Monitor and report on testing progress risks and issues to project management Drive defect management processes including root cause analysis Participate actively in requirement reviews design discussions and sprint planning to align testing efforts Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and testing best practices
