Role Overview As our Head of Marketplace Operations, you will lead and oversee our operational engine—ensuring executional excellence, process optimization, and team alignment across all fulfillment, listing, compliance, and performance-related workflows. This leadership role will own day-to-day execution as well as long-term strategy around infrastructure, SOPs, operational scalability, and multi-channel compliance. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the operations team across FBA workflows, shipment planning, listing setup, and inventory lifecycle management.
2. Design, document, and continuously improve backend systems and SOPs.
3. Oversee operational KPIs related to accuracy, velocity, Buy Box share, and compliance.
4. Collaborate with brand management, advertising, and creative departments to align execution with strategy.
5. Evaluate tools, platforms, and partners to support fulfillment and workflow automation.
6. Provide leadership, training, and oversight to coordinators, associates, and team leads within the operations department.

Qualifications & Skills 4+ years in marketplace operations, logistics, or fulfillment leadership roles. Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Fulfillment Services, and related systems. Proven success managing high-volume operational environments. Skilled in SOP development, process optimization, and systems implementation. Strong leadership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bonus: Experience building operational tech stacks using Airtable, Zapier, or custom dashboards.
