Truck Maintenance Supervisor

Ideal candidate will have hand-on diesel heavy truck experience.

Shift 6am to 3pm

I. Job Summary

Supervises and provides direct leadership for technicians. Manages work flow and assigns tasks.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
• Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
• Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
• Performs mechanical duties as needed.
• Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
• Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
• Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
• Creates and submits reports as necessary.

III. Qualifications

A. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 4 years years of relevant work experience. (in addition to education requirements)
• Driver's License Valid Driver's License Upon Hire

This role is designated as safety sensitive and will require the successful candidate to strictly comply with all safety rules and protocols. PAY: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $84,750 - $120,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
