- $100,000-$130,000 base salary (based on experience)
- Generous time off

- Direct mentorship from experienced doctors with diverse specialties
- Real-time guidance on diagnostics, treatment plans, and client communication
- Surgery training from initial observation to supervised practice to independence
- Regular check-ins to discuss cases, answer questions, and celebrate wins
- A collaborative environment where asking questions is encouraged, not judged
- 4-day work week + every other Saturday
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (appointments 9am-12pm & 3pm-6pm) | Sat 8am-12pm
- Volume: 20-25 appointments daily in manageable blocks
