Meter Specialist

Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH! A Meter Specialist is responsible for performing meter read entries and audits, as well as meter collections onsite and over the phone. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

- Call customers for meter reading collections and perform meter reading entries
- Run audit process for correct meter reads, contacts, and contract information
- Process incoming mail and add incoming checks daily, before giving to the Accounts Receivable department.
- Add and update customer records in E-Automate
- Perform monthly supply orders to maintain branch inventory
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Analytical and procedure-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and time-efficient
- Ability to perform accurate and detailed data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
- Strong computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
