Job TitleJob Description:Responsibilities:Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all timesEfficiently create prepped "cold" menu items, salads, fruit, and catering trays, that meet Chick-fil-A standardsKeep up-to-date with new productsWash and put away kitchen dishesWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen DirectorMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house trainingAlways adhere to all company policies and proceduresBe involved and contribute at team meetingsCarry out instructions given by the leadership team and operatorRequirements:Must have open availability Mondays-SaturdaysAbility to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 poundsAbility to multitaskAbility to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace-hustle is a must!Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethicPositive attitude, coachableAbility to communicate effectively with guests and team membersOur Benefits for Full-Time Team Members:Health Benefits AvailableRetirement PlanFlexible SchedulesAccess to scholarships at up to $2500 per yearSundays OffDiscounted MealsCareer Advancement OpportunitiesPositive Work Environment
