Compensation Analyst

Job Description COMPENSATION ANALYST Location: Huntington Beach, CA (onsite with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement) We are looking for a skilled Compensation analyst to oversee and enhance our client's compensation programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can conduct in-depth market analyses, produce insightful metrics, and collaborate effectively with other HR functions to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the company's compensation programs to align with organizational goals and market standards. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark compensation structures and identify competitive trends. Develop and present key metrics and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership. Collaborate with HR teams to integrate compensation strategies with broader talent management initiatives. Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and other relevant regulations. Oversee compensation surveys to gather and analyze external data for decision‑making. Advise leadership on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding compensation policies and practices. Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive pay scales. Partner with cross‑functional teams to address compensation‑related challenges and opportunities. Qualifications Experience utilizing the Radford compensation database. Proven experience developing compensation programs and structures from the ground up. Proven expertise in compensation analysis and program management. Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and principles. Experience conducting benchmarking and market surveys to support compensation decisions. Familiarity with workers' compensation laws and regulations. Proficiency in producing and communicating detailed metrics and reports. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across HR functions and organizational levels. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
