Position Overview

Axis Physiotherapy Institute is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient clinic in Freeport, Florida.

The ideal candidate is a personable clinician with strong communication skills who enjoys connecting with patients and providing exceptional care.

This position offers the opportunity to treat a diverse orthopedic caseload while working in a therapist-owned private practice environment focused on evidence-based care, clinical growth, and patient outcomes.

New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive structured support and mentorship.

Caseload & Clinical Opportunities

The Physical Therapist hired will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting.

Treatment may include:

• General orthopedic rehabilitation

• Musculoskeletal conditions

• Functional movement limitations

• Post-injury and post-operative care

Clinicians are encouraged and supported in developing specialties, pursuing certifications, and expanding their clinical expertise.

Full-time PTs should expect approximately 60 patient visits per week .

• Salary range: $78,000–$98,000 annually

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday

• No weekends

• No major holidays

• Must be available until 6:00 PM two days per week

Full-time schedules offer approximately 40 hours/week. Candidates seeking part-time opportunities with 20+ hours and availability on at least three weekdays will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Eligible for Florida Physical Therapist licensure

• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• New graduates welcome — mentorship provided

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
