Quick Facts Location: Tallahassee, FL (1300 Miccosukee Road, Tallahassee, FL 32308) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Duration: Ongoing/permanent role Shift: 8-hour & 24-hour shifts available Hours/week: Full-time Employment Type: Permanent License/Certs: Active Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification required Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP, no new graduates Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note this is the documented rate; competitive salary discussed upon interview) Benefits include: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid sick time in accordance with law Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable Employee stock purchase program (15% discount) Paid time off and much more What You’ll Do Provide high-quality neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with 34 beds, serving 3,500 annual deliveries Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists to ensure family-centered care Participate in patient transports from regional hospitals staffed by neonatal nurses and respiratory therapists Manage routine and complex neonatal cases, including high-risk premature and critically ill infants Support a friendly, professional team environment with full ancillary services Work flexible shifts (including 8-hour and 24-hour schedules) to meet unit needs What You Need Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification (must not accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications) Minimum 2 years of NNP experience (no new grads) Active Florida license and DEA Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Epic preferred Ability to complete required onboarding/training About the Assignment Join a reputable, well-established neonatology team at a leading facility in Tallahassee, FL.
