About the Role:
Join Blessing Hands Home Care LLC as a Private Duty Nurse and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Raytown, MO. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nursing professionals to provide personalized care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient health as per care plans.
• Provide essential nursing care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate clients and families on health management and wellness.
• Participate in care planning and contribute to team meetings.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri.
• Previous experience in home health care or private duty nursing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and PRN.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
