Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Med/Surg Ortho Trauma (619)/ MC Plano / 7P-7A, 3 x 12 hour shifts, 36 Guaranteed hours a week 13 week contract Medical City Plano (MCP) Plano, TX 75075 Weekends and Oncall(if any) 4 weekend commitment Unit Information:Ortho Trauma Specialty Medsurge Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -36 Number of Staff– Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge, 8RN, 3CNA Night Shift - 1 charge, 8 RN, 3 CNA PatientRatios– 1:5 We do flex to 6 Type of equipment -Tele EMR - Meditech Preferred or nice to have :candidates with these skills will be considered first. Ortho and/or Traumapatient Experience List typical procedures performed/ Common Diagnoseson unit(s): Polytrauma pts, Non-surgical cervicalfxscleared by spine, ortho, trauma w/ downgraded TBI, no more than 3 drains, burn downgrades. Heparin and Protonix drips.
