Finance Manager - Fem Care

Finance Manager – Fem Care Your role will be to serve as the financial advisor to the Fem Care General Manager and leadership team, supporting the North America Fem Care business, including Kotex and Thinx brands. You will work with the North America Adult and Fem Care CFO. Responsibilities Influence the organization to balance market share, top‑line growth, profitability, and balance sheet efficiency to create long‑term shareholder value. Identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices, and bring a point of view that influences the organization’s direction. Proactively bring forward insights and ideas. Drive and lead initiatives that matter across the business. Accountably deliver results that have a meaningful impact on Kimberly‑Clark’s success. Provide Fem Care brand leadership with financial counsel by supplying meaningful analysis and articulating choices relative to current performance, projected plans, innovation pipeline, and discrete projects. Support the monthly integrated business planning process, including leading the Integrated Reconciliation meeting. Provide thought leadership and sound business management to recommend actions to achieve brand and sector goals, including ROI analysis of past and future investments. Serve as a source of business knowledge and problem‑solving capabilities for a wide range of business decisions, such as market growth, innovation, go‑to‑market strategies, and investments. Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to improve the quality and productivity of the Personal Care Finance team. Ensure application of corporate financial controls through communication, implementation, and audit of control procedures. Demonstrate a customer‑based approach to business support and personal commitment to quality performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. 6+ years of progressive financial analysis experience. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and competing demands. Proficiency with strategic corporate tools and processes for data analysis. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial and functional spreadsheets and presentations. Strong interpersonal skills for functioning as part of multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business or related field. Experience providing financial expertise to consumer product businesses. Experience analyzing, cultivating, and commercializing product innovation. Experience influencing and working in a matrix organization.
