Position: Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Thurston County, Washington Salary: $85,000 to $115,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
• Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
• Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in QAPI program for top-notch patient care
• Coordinate interdisciplinary home health services
• Cover weekend and after hours on call on a rotating basis

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Must have prior Home Health agency experience
• Must have OASIS knowledge
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
