Assistant General Manager
The Edge Fitness Clubs
The Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead daily club operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll support the General Manager by overseeing staff, driving membership and personal training sales, and ensuring an exceptional member experience. Responsibilities include supervising front desk and fitness teams, managing schedules, monitoring cleanliness and safety, and resolving member concerns. You’ll track key performance metrics, help control expenses, and lead by example on the floor, promoting a motivating, results-driven fitness culture with strong opportunities for growth.
