Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient mental health, establishing strong rapport and trust with each client.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow social workers, to provide holistic and integrated care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices to enhance overall service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Inner Horizon Counseling, we recognize and reward your hard work with a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually.
