• Documentation System: CERNER, NATE, ENSOCARE (post-acute systems)
• Scheduling Requirements: Self-Schedule
• Floating Policy: As Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with the RN Case Manager and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Adapt promptly to shifting priorities and various clinical tasks.
• Build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
