Our success begins with our ability to apply our relationships, leverage technologies, and identify talent - often in combination - to an endless array of real-world customer needsJob DescriptionTitle: Archer DeveloperLocation: Pittsburgh, PAType: Fulltime// PermanentCompensation: Base Salary + BenefitsInterview Process: Phone and Skype HireDescription:Responsibilities:• The position works independently to perform functions which require the development, implementation, analysis, and communication of issues of moderate to high complexity that support the client Ethics and Compliance Program’s business processes.• The incumbent will manage the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of the RSA Archer eGRC platform as a management tool for the Ethics & Compliance Program.• This role requires familiarity with translating business requirements into process design with a strong partnering relationship with process partners and IT support.• The position will require analysis and development of solutions including the aggregation of data and identification of key risk indicators from multiple process partners.• The position will coordinate with Compliance Risk Owners, Division Compliance Managers, and OBP Managers to enable processes within the Archer system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of individual compliance programs, including the consolidation of information involving compliance audits/assessment/remediation plans, compliance training, and risk assessments.• The position is challenged to quickly and correctly identify complex issues which require careful analysis and diagnosis.• Proficiency or functional expertise in RSA Archer required.
