Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Days | 40 hours per week | Combination of 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts | No set days off | On-call required nights, weekends, and one major holiday (approximately one night per week and one weekend per schedule period) | 30-minute call-back requirement | On-call rooms available if needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Interventional Radiology setting across multiple procedure rooms
• Support CT and ultrasound-guided procedures, managing 12–16 cases daily
• Maintain a primary 1:1 patient ratio while managing up to 6–7 patients per day as needed
• Independently read and interpret telemetry strips to monitor patient cardiac status
• Participate in on-call rotation covering nights, weekends, and major holidays
• Function effectively within a Level I Trauma environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience
• Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry strips
• Must pass a telemetry competency test on day one with a score of 85% or higher
• Experience working in a Level I Trauma facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume procedural environment with CT and ultrasound-guided cases
• Comfort managing variable patient loads and adapting to a fast-paced IR department
