Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have current licensure and relevant emergency department experience to meet the demands of this critical role.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and determine priority for treatment.
• Administer medications, tests, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license active and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years current Emergency Department experience.
• Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC must be active and uploaded.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Own reliable transportation to commute to the facility.
