• Pay / Salary: $90,000-$120,000 / Year (USD), depending on experience

The company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Production Planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex production, scheduling, and supply chain challenges. The core responsibilities of this role will include production and material planning, ERP and data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Production Planner will develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity. This individual will also ensure materials are available when needed, optimize production resources, and help drive on-time delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate will have strong ERP expertise, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to use data to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Experience working within ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel .
• Experience with demand planning and inventory optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in firearms, aerospace, automotive, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM certification or similar supply chain certification.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

• 3 years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations experience.
