Litigation Associate

A growing litigation practice is seeking a driven attorney to handle a diverse caseload focused on civil defense matters, including complex disputes, constitutional claims, and high‑exposure cases. This role offers hands‑on involvement across all phases of litigation, from initial case strategy through trial and appeal. Key Responsibilities Manage cases independently from intake through resolution (settlement, motion, or trial) Draft and argue motions; conduct and defend depositions Handle discovery, legal research, and court filings in state and federal courts Collaborate with senior attorneys while maintaining ownership of assigned matters Qualifications Strong background in civil litigation defense Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Experience with motion practice and court procedures Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw JD from an accredited institution with active bar admission Work Setup Opportunity for in‑office or fully remote work depending on candidate location #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
