Sales Associate

Description What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll help maintain a welcoming store environment, assist customers with their needs, and support day-to-day store operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude Deliver outstanding customer service and build meaningful customer relationships Assist customers in locating products and recommending suitable alternatives Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Restock merchandise and ensure products are displayed appropriately Learn about products and services to confidently assist customers Address customer questions and concerns professionally Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities Support pharmacy and front-end operations as needed Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and technology Professional and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Previous retail, customer service, cashier, or sales experience Experience working in a pharmacy, healthcare, or retail setting is a plus, but not required Success in This Role We're looking for individuals who are: Friendly and approachable Dependable and self-motivated Detail-oriented Team-focused Eager to learn and grow Passionate about helping others Why Join Hometown Pharmacy?
