This role offers the flexibility and convenience of remote work while ensuring that our clients receive immediate support through telehealth platforms. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing essential services to those in need.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough crisis assessments and formulate immediate intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Provide compassionate and effective counseling services to individuals requiring urgent help due to emotional distress or trauma.

• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response personnel when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Offer follow-up care and make recommendations for ongoing treatment options, ensuring continuous support for clients after their immediate crises.

• Utilize evidence-based crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies in high-pressure situations to facilitate calming and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals who face a range of mental health challenges, including substance misuse, trauma-related disorders, and emotional crises. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
