We are hiring for full and part-time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR positions at Delta One, Boston Logan International Airport. Candidates should have previous fine dining experience and open availability is required. The fixed pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour. Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, touching tables, and leading guest-facing marketing and wellness programs. Essential duties and responsibilities include greeting every customer and interacting in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality, ensuring that all marketing, wellness and culinary programs are current and in place, leading weekly promotions and programs for guests, demonstrating a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explaining them to customers, serving food neatly and attractively per standards, and performing other duties as assigned.
