Sales Associate – Optical - Part TimeAs a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goalsHelp customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budgetDispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens careMaintain accurate customer and patient recordsCommunicate order status and answer incoming phone callsKeep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standardsSupport inventory control and loss prevention proceduresOther duties as assignedIn some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
