We prioritize a healthy work-life balance and offer a collaborative and positive work environment for our therapists.Company: Fusion Care GroupPosition Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Minimum 8 hours per week)Benefits:Choose your own schedule, with full-time status at 25 hours per week and a minimum of 8 hours per week for part-time.Hybrid work environment with in-person sessions 2-3 days per week and telehealth sessions for the remainderLarge, comfortable offices for in-person sessions.Provided referrals and assistance with credentialing.Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Paid sick timeCareer advancement opportunities to management roles.Key Responsibilities:Provide confidential assessments and individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to clients with diverse emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consultations, and training.Work closely with schools and other involved professionals to ensure effective care coordination.Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress using various measures and tools.Establish and maintain constructive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Qualifications and Requirements:Current clinical licensure in the state of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, PHD, PSYD).Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience working with children, youth, adults, and families with diverse clinical issues.Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.Company DescriptionFusion Care Group is a flexible and creative outpatient mental health private practice that provides individual, group, and family therapy as well as medication management and psychiatric services for a wide variety of diagnoses.
