Job Summary and Qualifications

The Physical Therapy (PT) Assistant delivers high quality, patient-centered care by providing a variety of delegated therapeutic services, in accordance with licensing and regulations. Under the supervision of the primary Physical Therapist, the PT Assistant performs direct physical therapy tasks to achieve the goals of the physician's plan of care and to support patients throughout the home health program What qualifications you will need:

What qualifications do you need:
Required: Associate's degree in Physical Therapy
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state(s) of practice, in accordance with law and regulation.
Basic Life Support (BLS) (within 30 days of employment)

Preferred:
1+ years experience in Physical Therapy
1+ years experience in an inpatient rehab setting


Hours: Full time, day shift (Rotating weekends)
